The Ulaanbaatar Public Library named after D.Natsagdorj has introduced a convenient new feature for users, enabling them to register and obtain a library card through the “E-Mongolia” digital system. 

This service eliminates the need for in-person visits, allowing users to access library privileges easily via their mobile phones or computers. To register, individuals 16 to 55 years old are required to pay a registration fee of 5,000 MNT, while senior citizens and individuals with disabilities can register for 2,000 MNT.

While the library undergoes an expansion and modernization project, officials have assured the public that there will be no disruption to library services. The library will continue to operate according to its regular schedule and capacity. Moreover, the library recently reinstated its home book delivery service, which had been temporarily suspended, as part of its ongoing digital transformation efforts.
