Starting in 2023, several major commercial banks in Mongolia have joined forces to reduce ATM transaction fees in an effort to improve customer experience. The transaction fee for cash withdrawals at Golomt Bank, Trade Development Bank, State Bank, and Capitron Bank devices (including ATM, CDM, CRM) has been reduced from 500 MNT to 100 MNT.

Bogd Bank has now joined this initiative and signed a memorandum to be part of the cooperation. Customers of these five banks will now pay only 100 MNT for cash withdrawals from over 1,000 ATM devices located in Ulaanbaatar city and surrounding areas.

This collaborative effort among the banks is designed to enhance customer satisfaction, improve the quality of products and services, and foster stronger connections with customers.
