the president put forward proposals on constitutional amendments such as making changes to the electoral system and formation of political party. In addition, the president wants to tighten the formation process of new political parties. Currently, founders of a new political party need to collect signatures from 801 members to formally establish a political party, but according to the president’s proposal, those who are interested in forming a political party will have to collect signatures from at least 10,000 members.
