Athletes who achieved remarkable success at the “Paris 2024” Olympic and Paralympic Games were honored with the highest accolades from the Mongolian National Olympic Committee. The prestigious “Golden Star” and “Golden Order of Merit” awards were presented to the country’s outstanding sports figures.

Among the honorees, Olympic silver medalist judoka B.Baasankhuu, Paralympic champion U.Surenjav, and triple gold medalist at the World Masters Athletics Championships Ts.Radnaa, received the “Golden Star” award in recognition of their exceptional achievements.

The “Golden Order of Merit” was awarded to Paralympic silver medalists G.Bolor-Erdene and Ts.Battulga, along with esteemed coaches N.Erdenebaatar, D.Batnasan (Taekwondo), M.Bundmaa (Judo), and D.Makhashiri (Athletics) for their significant contributions to the success of their athletes.

The awards ceremony celebrated the dedication, perseverance, and outstanding accomplishments of Mongolia’s top athletes and coaches, underscoring their role in elevating the nation’s presence on the global sports stage.
