In the up-to-2000 category, Ts.Saikhanchimeg claimed first place, bringing home the second gold trophy for Mongolia. In this category, A.Erkhembayar finished in second place, while D.Unurzul secured third place.

In the up-to-1700 category, B.Anu won a silver medal, and L.Sumiya earned a bronze. Last year, the Mongolian team returned from this competition with four gold medals, one silver, and one bronze.

Moreover, it was announced that, as a result of the efforts of International Master A.Enkhtuul, who has been working with the Mongolian Chess Federation since 2022, the Asian Schools Chess Championship will be held in Ulaanbaatar City next year. This announcement was shared on the official website of the FIDE International Chess Federation, which also presented the schedule for its planned tournaments in 2025.
