Enterprises operating around the 20th khoroo of Songinokhairkhan District commit violations, such as collecting secondary raw materials and scrap metal, and parking heavy vehicles in public places. For example, along the main road from western to eastern direction in Ulaanbaatar City, there are enterprises buying and selling secondary raw materials, scrap metal, mining equipment, and blocking the public domain and pedestrian roads with heavy vehicles, selling car tires, bran and paint, which make it almost impossible for people to walk even on the pedestrian roads. The Governor of the Capital City and the Mayor of Ulaanbaatar City, Kh.Nyambaatar said he will work on sorting out these problems. Moreover, the mayor said, “This year Bayankhoshuu, Nairamdal, Orbit, and Takhilt roads will be repaired and paved”. 

Therefore, the Governor of Songinokhairkhan District, N.Altanshagai, was tasked to eliminate the violations of illegal use of the public land along the road behind the first khoroolol, to demolish the built structures and turn them into a recreation area. Furthermore, in the district, the green zone, bicycle paths, playgrounds, parking lots, and drainage pipes were created in the 1.5 km area from “Kharkhorin” market to “Sapporo”.
