On October 28, State Honored Athlete M.Urantsetseg captured a bronze medal in the women’s 48 kg at the Abu Dhabi Grand Slam 2016. The tournament concluded on October 30. Mongolian-born Olympic medalist G.Otgontsetseg won a gold medal in the same category wrestling for Kazakhstan. This is the second time G.Otgontsetseg has won the Grand Slam for Kazakhstan. M.Urantsetseg defeated Sephora Corcher of France in the bronze medal match. A total of184 judokas from 33 countries competed in the Abu Dhabi Grand Slam 2016.
