[embed]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Aomrbk9m2c[/embed] State Honored Artist S.Javkhlan, who was elected to the new Parliament with a majority vote  in Bayanzurkh District, arrived at the State Palace on horseback accompanied by 99 mounted cavaliers to attend the first meeting of the new Parliament and to take the oath of office.  S.Javkhlan was the only independent candidate elected to Parliament in last week's elections.
