South Korean superstar ‘Rain’ to perform in UB

In recent years, the number of South Korean artists visiting Mongolia has increased, and the tourism sector between the two countries continues to expand. For instance, in June 2023, the crew of “Couriers in Mongolia” featured the well-known actress Jang Hyuk and showcased the beautiful landscapes of Mongolia in a nine-episode documentary series.

In relation to that, Evandis Entertainment, the first official Korean-Mongolian joint venture, is thrilled to present the most spectacular concert of the fall to the Mongolians. This extraordinary event will feature global stars, including the renowned South Korean singer and actor Jung Ji-Hoon, known as ‘Rain’, and will take place on September 15, at Hit Park. The venue, previously announced as the Buyant-Ukhaa International Airport, has now been changed into the Hit Park, bringing the event even closer to the audience.

Evandis Entertainment previously organized a successful concert in February featuring South Korean stars Kim Hyun Joong, MC Sniper, and Bloo in Ulaanbaatar City. Now, for the “Super Concert,” Rain, and Dara from the 2NE1 group, along with Bloo, will be gracing the stage with their performances. Moreover, artists from Mongolia will also take part in the concert.

In connection with the upcoming concert, the organizing team held a press conference on September 5 to share more details about the event. During the conference, all parties involved expressed their deep enthusiasm for the concert, promising an exceptional and captivating experience for the audience.

Ko Sung Hun, a key member of the organizing team, conveyed his excitement for the event, stating, “We are committed to delivering an unparalleled performance that will set a new benchmark in Mongolia. Our primary goal in bringing these extraordinary artists to Mongolia is to showcase the country’s rich culture, stunning landscapes, and its natural beauty.”

He further emphasized that this concert is not only a celebration of music but also an opportunity to highlight Mongolia’s unique charm and allure to the world. The event aims to enhance cultural exchange and strengthen the connection between South Korea and Mongolia through the universal language of music. This ambitious initiative reflects the organizers’ dedication to fostering a deeper appreciation of the country’s heritage while providing an unforgettable experience for audiences.

Furthermore, tickets for the concert are now on sale, and there is a special “Super Couple” ticket available. This ticket, priced at 300,000 MNT, offers an exclusive deal for couples and groups of friends. Only 500 of these tickets are available, providing two tickets at a discounted rate of 300,000 MNT, compared to the standard price of 200,000 MNT per ticket.

In addition, standard, VIP, and VVIP tickets have been on sale since August 12. Fans can purchase tickets through Shoppy.mn. This event promises to be a highlight of the year, celebrating the vibrant cultural exchange between Mongolia and South Korea. Don’t miss the chance to be part of this unforgettable concert experience!
