Some rainfall and warm weather are expected in the western provinces in June. In the eastern and northern parts of the central provinces, there is a possibility of sudden heavy rains which may lead to unexpected flash floods.

The average air temperature in Bayan-Ulgii, Govi-Altai, Khovd, Uvs provinces, western part of Zavkhan, and southern part of Bayankhongor province will be warmer than the average for many years. Precipitation is expected to be lower than average in Govi-Altai Province, southern part of Bayankhongor Province, and close to average in other areas. The temperature will be one to three celsius cooler than the long-term average at the beginning of the first ten days and at the end of the third ten days, while at the end of the first ten days, most of the second ten days, and in the beginning and middle of the third ten days, it will be one to four celsius warmer than the long-term average. In the middle of the second ten days and in some parts of the third ten days, there will be rain in most areas, temporary rain with thunder storms in some places, and the wind may intensify temporarily before the rain.

The average air temperature will be warmer than the average for many years in the southern part of Uvurkhangai Province, and will be close to the average in other areas. Precipitation is expected to be lower than the long-term average in the southern part of Uvurkhangai Province, higher than the long-term average in the eastern part of Selenge Province and northeastern Tuv Province, and close to the average in other areas. The temperature is expected to be one to three celsius cooler than the long-term average at the beginning of the first ten days and at the end of the third ten days, while it is expected to be one to three celsius warmer than the long-term average for most of the second ten days and at the beginning of the third ten days. At the beginning of the first ten days and the third ten days, there will be rain in most areas, temporary rain with thunder in some places. 

It is close to the long-term average for eastern provinces and precipitation is expected to be more than the long-term average in Khentii, Dornod, and the northern part of Sukhbaatar provinces, and it is expected to be close to the average in other areas. The temperature will be one to three celsius colder than the long-term average during most of the first ten days and at the end of the third ten days, while it is expected to be one to four celsius warmer than the long-term average during most of the second ten days and the middle of the third ten days.

It will be warmer than the long-term average in Dundgovi, Umnugovi, and the southern part of Dornogovi provinces, and will be close to the average in other regions. At the beginning of the first ten days, the temperature will be one to three celsius cooler than the long-term average in the northern part of the region and at the end of the third ten days in most areas.
