The International Ice Hockey Federation and the Mongolian Ice Hockey Federation are jointly organizing the “Ice Hockey U18 Asia Oceania Championship” from March 11 to 17 in Ulaanbaatar. The fourth day match of this tournament took place on March 15 at the Steppe Arena.

In the first match of the fourth day, the United Arab Emirates team won its first win of the tournament by defeating the Iran team by 7:2. The best player of the United Arab Emirates team on the fourth day was player No.11 Leo Nadelwais, while player No.82 Soheil Khalaj was the best player of the Iranian team.

In the second match, the Uzbekistani team beat the Thai team by 10:2 and got their first win. On the same day, player No.40 Popov Sergey was selected as the best player of the Uzbekistani team, while player No.26 Trairattananawaraporn Podchara was named the best player of the Thai team.

The last match of the third day was played by the Mongolian team against the Turkmenistan team, and Turkmenistan team won their third victory by defeating the Mongolian team by 5:3. Number No.21 player Ashyrov Rovshen was selected as the best player of the Turkmenistan team, while player Sodbileg Baatarchuluun was selected as the best player of the Mongolian team.

As of March 15, the Uzbekistani team leads the tournament with twelve points with four wins, while the Turkmenistan team is in second place with nine points with three wins, and Mongolian team is in third place with six points with two wins. 

The first match of today’s game will be played at 1:30 p.m. between the Iranian and Turkmenistan teams, at 5:00 p.m. between the Uzbekistani and United Arab Emirate teams, and at 8.30 p.m. between the Mongolian and Thai teams.
