President of Mongolia U.Khurelsukh issued a decree and appointed 12 lawyers as judges of primary courts in accordance with Article 35.1 of the Law on Courts, Article 51.2 of the Constitution and Article 12 of the Law on President.

On July 18, the General Judicial Council announced a selection to fill a total of 24 vacant positions of judges at first instance courts and submitted a proposal to the president to appoint 15 candidates with the highest scores.

Based on the proposal of the council, the president has made the following appointments within the scope of his mandate.
